Each box comes with 2 GyneFlex  devices: one light and one medium resistance, so you can "work your way up" to better and better results! There are 6 different resistance levels available. Instructions

To do GyneFlexTM exercises properly it is important to isolate the pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles are voluntary muscles. This means that we can control them.

When doing your GyneFlexTM exercises try to keep your body relaxed. DO NOT tighten the muscles in your abdomen, buttocks or legs.

To monitor the use of these muscles, place one hand on your abdomen and one on your thigh. If you feel your abdomen or your thigh move you are incorrectly using these muscles.
