Our Trainers are fully trained and certified in the No Mummy Tummy Program and Tupler Technique®. They are all qualified fitness and/or health professionals who have spent many years working with women on their health and well-being.

Consults are in person or via Video Call (perfect if there is no Trainer near you).

When I discovered there were few trained health professionals in Australia with adequate knowledge on how to treat Diastasis Recti I was shocked. Planning to have three children and knowing that my Diastasis Recti would get worse with each pregnancy I was keen to prevent stretch marks and worsening my tummy. After extensive world research I discovered the only scientifically proven method was the Tupler Technique®.

I flew to New York to train with Julie Tupler, the creator of the method to bring the best program in the world back to Australia. After I trained my first few clients in the program, I knew we had found something truly amazing. Also the co-founder of Aleenta BARRE and a qualified Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor and personal trainer. Treating in the CBD and Elwood Victoria.

I began Jazz and Tap classes as a child and what began as classes with friends for fun; quickly grew into a passion. I started dance teaching in 2002 and continued teaching for the following 11yrs.

In 2015, following a 3yr break from dance, I became a Mum for the first time and in the same year also became a qualified Barre Fitness instructor. I discovered Barre post-natal and instantly felt at home; falling in love with the Barre method as it sparked my dance roots and allowed my body to move in a way that felt natural and familiar. Over the past 2yrs I have relished being a Barre instructor. I love inspiring and motivating others and sharing my passion in the importance of having a strong and healthy body.

I have a wealth of experience in instructing and am ecstatic to be joining the ‘No Mummy Tummy’ team.

With a degree in Exercise Science and 11 years as a Personal Trainer and fitness business owner, I have an extensive background in health and fitness. However, when I initially joined the No Mummy Tummy team, it was as a client.

About 6 months after having my second baby I noticed that everything on my body was almost back to normal, except my tummy. It just didn’t seem to be returning to it’s prior shape. It wasn’t until after my first consult with Claire that I realised how severe my separation was and that it was the likely culprit to blame for the back pain I endured through my entire pregnancy and beyond.

I felt an immediate difference upon starting the program. Within 3 weeks my back pain was almost entirely gone, my belly button had gone back to an innie (yay!) and my core had never felt stronger or looked better. I was sold.

With a keen interest in anatomy and prior experience with pre and post natal exercise programming, I leapt at the chance to do the Tupler Technique training and become a No Mummy Tummy advocate and coach.
